JEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully to maintain its appearance and finish.

General Jewellery Care

We recommend:

• Store each jewellery pieces individually to prevent scratches.
• Keep jewellery in a clean, dry jewellery box or pouch.
• Keep pieces away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
• Handle jewellery with clean, dry hands.
• Apply perfume, cosmetics, hairspray or skincare products before wearing Jewellery.
• Remove jewellery before sleeping, bathing, swimming or exercising.
• Avoid contact with household chemicals and cleaning products and other harsh substances.
• Avoid exposing jewellery to excessive heat, moisture or chemicals.

Perfume & Cosmetics

Perfumes, lotions, creams, hairspray and other cosmetic products may affect certain jewellery finishes.

Apply perfumes and other products before wearing your jewellery and allow them to dry completely.

Direct and repeated contact may contribute to discolouration, tarnishing or pre mature wear of certain finishes.

Water & Moisture

Unless a product is specifically described as water-resistant, avoid exposing jewellery to:

• Water
• Swimming pools
• Sea water
• Sweat
• Soap
• Shampoo
• Household cleaning liquids

Always dry jewellery thoroughly if it comes into contact with moisture.

Storage

Store each piece separately in its original box, pouch or another suitable jewellery storage container.

Avoid storing multiple pieces together where they may rub against each other or scratch one another.

Chains should preferably be stored untangled and secured.

Keep jewellery in cool, dry environment.

Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity and moisture.

Cleaning

Use only a soft, clean and dry jewellery cloth unless specific cleaning instructions have been provided for the product.

Do not use abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, household cleaners, toothpaste or unapproved jewellery-cleaning solutions.

Certain gemstones, finishes and plated jewellery may require specialised cleaning.

Silver Jewellery

Sterling silver and other silver jewellery may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, chemicals, skin oils and other environmental factors.

This is a natural characteristic of silver and does not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Regular gentle cleaning and proper storage can help maintain its appearance.

The rate and appearance of tarnishing may vary depending on usage, storage conditions and individual skin chemistry and environmental exposure.

Plated Jewellery

Plated jewellery has a surface coating that may gradually wear with use.

The rate of wear depends on factors including:

• Frequency of use
• Contact with water
• Perfume and cosmetics
• Sweat
• Skin chemistry
• Storage
• Friction

Natural wear of plating is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Repairs & Alterations

Do not attempt to repair, resize, polish or alter jewellery yourself.

Unauthorised alterations may affect the product and may void applicable warranty or return eligibility.
