SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Harsh Jewellers, we carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely. We offer shipping for eligible retail and wholesale orders within India and to selected destinations worldwide.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within [2–5] business days after successful payment confirmation.

Made-to-order, customised, personalised, and wholesale products may require additional processing time. The estimated production or dispatch timeline, where applicable, will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Harsh Jewellers reserves the right to contact customers for additional information or verification before processing high-value orders.

Domestic Shipping – India

Orders within India are shipped through reliable courier/logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally [3–7] business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, strikes, customs/security checks, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Harsh Jewellers ships eligible products to customers in various countries worldwide.

International delivery timelines generally depend on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Estimated international delivery time is approximately [7–15] business days after dispatch, unless otherwise specified.

Some destinations may require additional time due to customs clearance or local regulations.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges and may be payable by the customer.

Customs charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are outside the control of Harsh Jewellers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country.
